does Package Returns Program via Fedex ground have insurance? But they can't confirm if their label has insurance or not. I tried to add insurance to an existing label at fedex they said I can't. Does anyone here know how these package return program usually work? I would take it in person to a fedex location and ask for a receipt to prove you shipped it when you drop it off.
